Job description
We are looking for a proactive Group Coordinator to assist in managing a group of A/R Callers. The GC will support the TL by ensuring task distribution, monitoring group output, and assisting team members with real-time issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities for a group of A/R callers
- Assist in work allocation and monitor individual performance
- Perform quality checks on calls and provide feedback
- Guide team members on resolving denials and difficult claims
- Perform regular quality audits and provide real-time feedback
- Help new joiners with process understanding and ramp-up
- Track productivity metrics and raise red flags for underperformance
- Maintain internal trackers, productivity reports, and basic dashboards
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in A/R calling in U.S. healthcare
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a coordinating or mentoring role
- Good knowledge of the denial management process
- Familiarity with EHR/RCM tools like AdvancedMD, NextGen, etc
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Qualification
- Any graduate
- Medical billing/RCM certification is an added advantage
