1. Who We Are
ICS is an offshore healthcare BPO company headquartered in Coimbatore, India. We provide HIPAA-compliant medical billing, medical coding and revenue cycle management services exclusively to healthcare providers in the United States of America.

2. Where Your Information Is Processed
ICS is an Indian company. Information you submit through this website is received and processed in India, and our services are delivered from India to healthcare providers in the United States. Where that information includes Protected Health Information belonging to one of our clients, it is processed under a signed Business Associate Agreement and handled only within the secure operational environment governed by that client’s service agreement. This cross-border arrangement is how our services are provided, and it is disclosed here so you can take it into account before submitting anything to us.
3. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide to us. When you contact us, request a consultation or submit a form, we may collect your full name, email address, phone number, practice or organisation name, job title, state and country, and any message you submit.
b. Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type and version, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, device information, and cookie data (see Section 7).
c. Protected Health Information (PHI). ICS processes PHI solely on behalf of our healthcare provider clients under signed Business Associate Agreements as required by HIPAA. We do not collect, store or use PHI through this website. Please do not include patient information in any website form or email. If you need to send us PHI, we will provide a secure route under the applicable agreement.
d. What we do not do. We do not operate session recording, screen replay or heatmap tools on this website. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from analytics data. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to respond to your enquiries and consultation requests; to provide and improve our services; to send communications about our services where you have opted in or have an existing relationship with us; to comply with legal obligations; to protect against fraud or unauthorised access; and to analyse website usage so we can improve the experience.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. See Section 6 for what this means specifically under California law.
5. Service Providers and Third Parties We Use
We use the following third-party services to operate this website. Each is named so that you can review its own privacy practices.
Google LLC provides Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for website analytics and tag management; Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection on our contact forms; Google Fonts for typography; Google Maps for location display; and YouTube for embedded video, served in privacy-enhanced mode where available. Calendly provides consultation scheduling. Trustindex displays our Google Reviews. AddToAny provides social sharing buttons. ipapi.co provides approximate country detection so that we can show you the correct privacy notice. Cloudflare provides content delivery, security and DDoS protection. Complianz provides our cookie consent management. jsDelivr, unpkg, cdnjs and BootstrapCDN deliver website code libraries. Our hosting and email infrastructure provider hosts this website and delivers our email.
We may also disclose information to government authorities or law enforcement where required by applicable law, and, in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, to the successor entity.
6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
Our services are directed to healthcare providers in the United States, so this section applies to most of our visitors.

ICS does not sell personal information. We do not receive money or other valuable consideration in exchange for your personal information.
The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (name, email address, phone number, IP address), professional information (practice or organisation name, job title), commercial information (the services you enquire about) and internet activity (pages visited, referring URL).
You can refuse statistics and marketing cookies at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page. You can also reopen the consent banner with the link in the footer of every page. That is also how you withdraw a choice you made earlier.

9. HIPAA Compliance
ICS handles all client data involving Protected Health Information under signed Business Associate Agreements. Our operational infrastructure, staff training and data security protocols are designed to meet the requirements of the HIPAA Security Rule. We do not share, sell or disclose client PHI to any unauthorised third party.
10. Data Security
We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls and role-based permissions, secured servers and storage, periodic security assessment, and staff training on data privacy and security. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to our website.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Website enquiry data is retained for up to three years. Client service data is retained per the applicable service agreement and legal requirements.
12. Your Rights
